What We Collect
We collect only what schools, their staff, and the people they work with provide to run Skybox: names and contact details, schedules, game and transportation records, messages sent through Skybox, and basic usage data.
Student information is handled only when a school turns those features on under a signed data privacy agreement with Row9. The school controls its student records, so questions about a student's records go to the school.
How We Use and Share It
We use information only to run Skybox for the schools we serve. We do not sell it. We do not share phone numbers or text message opt-in information with anyone for marketing. Service providers that host and deliver Skybox handle it only to do that job.
Schools: the details are in the Skybox Command Center User Agreement and your data privacy agreement. If anything on this page conflicts with them, they control.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any Skybox text.
